Jessica Eliana Cediel Silva — known as the Queen of Presenters — was born in Bogota, Colombia, on 4 April 1982. Under the first sign of Aries, holding Colombian nationality, She is of Latin ethnic group. Jessica is popular for being a model, an actress, and a T.V. celebrity.

Jessica was born to Virginia and Alfonso Cediel and has two sisters called Melissa and Virginia. She finished from the University of La Sabana with a first degree in Social Communication/Journalism.

While she was at the University, she managed to become Miss Bogota, and that opened the doorway to numerous gigs.

Jessica’s Career

Before setting up shop in Miami, Jessica worked for a couple of small media coys established in Colombia — she started by working as an advertising model for publications such as “Paparazzi” while also doing many commercials, and after she started working as a host in the “Bravissimo” T.V. show.

She continued as the host for “Muy Buenos Dias” RCN TV series before switching to “Nuestra Semana, Nuestra Tele,” and then began doing gigs for for “Estilo RCN.”

In 2014, she moved to Miami, also became one of “The Fat Man and the Skinny Woman” (El Gordo y la Franca) Univision American Spanish-language entertainment news program for which she is popular currently.

She left that job after 2015, also in 2016, she began working as a secretary in Premios Juventud and “S.”

She is now focused on the “La Voz U.S.” American singing competition T.V. series made for aspiring Latino singers from 18 and above, which will be broadcast live on Telemundo.

She can also be called a celeb, as she has appeared in telenovelas such as “Los graduados”, “Hasta Que la Pata Nos Separe”, and “Historias Classificadas” — and even sensational movies such as “Condorito”, “Todas Para Uno”, and some others like”Nadie Sabe Para Quien Trabaja”.

She is also a well-trained dancer by profession but is now just centered on her acting and hosting career.

Jessica is very quiet about her love life, as she’s shared very little about it with the general public. She once posted a photo on her social networking account whilst holding hands with a strange man.

Later on, she deleted it; people were more interested in knowing about his identity and relationship between them. She now seems to be dating a cute Mexican-American fighter called Jessie Vargas, who she met when she was set to interview him about his fight, in Miami , which he had back in November 2016.

The couple were said to be cohabiting in Mexico once they both left the U.S. Still, during a meeting with La W Radio, Jessica explained: ‘i’m single, happy, working, calm, dedicated to my family.’

She’s rumoured to have been dating both the pop-star and Pipe Bueno for five years before she left Colombia to pursue her dreams in 2014. 

She maintained they were really in love but couldn’t deal with a long distance relationship and therefore split.

Jessica stated in some interview that she’s ready to love again and might like to have children soon.

Jessica claimed during an interview that she had become the victim of cyber-bullying, and even though it is still sometimes happening, she is clear about her personality, where she comes from, and who her loved ones /friends are, she is not bothered by what people say online.

She says that people act like that because they are simply frustrated and envious since you’ve managed to meet all of your desires. They have not, and will consequently attack you — she gave guidance to everybody who is a victim of cyber-bullying, which you shouldn’t be bothered by because it doesn’t have anything to do with you but them. The very best weapon against them is never to stop being yourself.
