Joseph “Joey” Anthony Gatto Jr. was born on 5 June 1976, in Staten Island, New York, USA, and is a comedian, famous for being a part of the comedy team The Tenderloins. The group has been made madly popular due to their reality television show Impractical Jokers, which airs on TruTV.
About his Education and Early Life
Little information is known regarding Joe’s early life, including his family, his youth, and information concerning the creation of his pursuits in humor. However, like all the Tenderloins members, he attended Monsignor Farrell High School, also during religion class, each of the five members became friends around their freshman season, because of similar interests, particularly in improvisation and play.
The four decided to produce their humor team, naming it The Tenderloins, before this time, they had tried nougat, gargoyle, until they finally settled with the present title. But, their careers would not take off until later in their life.
Joe completed a diploma and enrolled in LIU Post at Long Island University. Then he worked as a salesman at the retail store Giggle, which concentrated on infant items until 1998, when the friends reunited to commit to a livelihood in comedy as The Tenderloins.
The team practiced improv at Gatto’s house three days a week for the next six months. In 1999, the team stepped outside as a live improv comedy and comedy sketch troupe; they initially had five members. However, Gideon Horowitz soon left the band for personal reasons. The team has performed in various places,home and abroad, that is they have toured across the globe. They forayed into creating comedy sketches, posting videos on YouTube which have earned many ‘tube views.
Additional Tenderloins members comprise Brian”Q” Quinn that before turning comedy functioned as a Blockbuster video clerk before becoming a fireman using the New York City Fire Department. The other person is Sal Vulcano, who after gaining a degree worked as a bartender in The Full Cup and as a pizza delivery guy, which he co-owned before turning into a comedy.
After winning the sketch contest “It’s Your Show” and finding success online, The Tenderloins forayed to making their reality television show. In each episode, The Tenderloins explain what the obstacle is, and what happens when it neglects before each challenge is created from the episode. The one with the most number of thumbs down receives a punishment, which is typically disgusting, humiliating, and embarrassing than other pranks in contrast to the challenges.

For his own life, it’s understood that Joe was married around 2013 to Bessy Gatto. He is the only member of The Tenderloins who is officially married, though another prank had James Murray marrying Jenny Vulcano, the sister of Sal for a part of a punishment. They annulled the ‘marriage’ one day following the joke.
