Angelo Pagan was born on the island of Puerto Rico on 16th May 1968. Born into a military home, Pagan’s father is an active military veteran who served in the Korean War. Pagan and his whole family relocated to Bronx, New York, when he was a young child, and Pagan was able to spend most of his childhood with his brothers and sister, Sandra, Sonny, Coco, Mark, and Edward.
Pagan was separated from his mom at a young age and was frequently responsible for looking over his siblings while his father was absent. After graduating from primary school at home, Pagan continued his education and was later admitted to The City College of San Francisco in California.

At the beginning of his career, Pagan was offered commercial modeling contracts and sought out for his attractive appearance. While Pagan was interested in acting roles, his professional career went on an entirely different path, and he started his career in music. His musical career began with his group, Salsa Caliente. The band got formed in 1988. Pagan received a deal for a record deal with Nasty Mix Records.
Consequently, Pagan solely started an independent record label himself, CC Music Factory. In 1995, Pagan became part of Conjunto La Amistad with Johnny Polanco and was a member of Orquesta La Palabra. 2001 was the time that Pagan recorded his very first album solo in conjunction with Morrowland Records entitled, No Tengas Miedo.

This year, Pagan came out with his second self-titled album, mixed with English and Spanish tracks. Professional life for Pagan was primarily focused on music; he’s also been involved in a handful of acting roles through the years. After being in commercials for most of his profession, Pagan got a breakthrough role on the TV series Midnight Caller in 1989. After a few small parts with Kiss Shot (1989), Sleep, Baby, Sleep (1995) along with Virus (1995), Pagan was first seen on screen in the movie Dance With Me (1998).
Since that time, Pagan has enjoyed several roles in films as small as well as big, including Dharma & Greg (1999), Martial Law, Los Beltran, Swordfish (2001), Almost a Woman (2002), Without Trace (2005), Sister’s Keeper (2004), Without a Trace (2005), Hawthorne (2011) as well as his most well-known appearance, The King of Queens (1999-2006). Pagan appeared in his last film, Stan the Man, and his latest film, Welcome to Paradise, is in post-production.

The couple initially met during the late 1990s at the early 90s in a Cuban restaurant and club.
